Online Therapy
Providing online therapy for people across the UK and Europe

Research suggests that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many people. While it can feel a little different at first, most clients find that the therapeutic relationship develops naturally online and that they quickly feel comfortable talking from their own space.

You'll need a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a private space where you feel comfortable talking without being interrupted. I provide sessions via Zoom and will send you everything you need before our appointment.

Many people worry about this, especially if they live with family, housemates, or children. Together, we can think creatively about what might work for you. Some clients use a spare room, sit in their car, go for a walk, or arrange sessions at a time when they are less likely to be interrupted.

It's completely normal to feel unsure about talking to a therapist through a screen. Most clients tell me that after the first session or two, they stop noticing the technology and focus on the conversation. My role is to help you feel comfortable enough to talk openly at a pace that feels right for you.
Online Therapy
Life can be busy, and finding time for yourself isn't always easy. Online therapy offers a flexible way to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, without the need to travel or fit another appointment into an already demanding day.
Whether you're balancing work, family life, caring responsibilities, health concerns, or simply prefer the convenience of meeting online, therapy can be shaped around your life rather than the other way around.
I offer online therapy via Zoom to clients across the UK. All you need is a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable talking and a reliable internet connection.
Many people are unsure whether therapy can feel as effective online as it does in person. While it can take a little time to adjust, clients often find that the sense of connection, understanding, and support develops just as naturally online.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental. Together, we'll create a space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life, talk openly about what's on your mind, and focus on your own needs for a change.
For some people, that might be one of the few moments in the week that is entirely theirs.
