I offer one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions from South Lakes Foyer in the centre of Kendal. This provides a private, welcoming space where you can talk openly about whatever is bringing you to therapy, whether that's anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, loss, or simply feeling stuck.

South Lakes Foyer is located in Kendal town centre, next to Kendal Bus Station on Blackhall Road. Access is via the entrance at Yard 95, Stricklandgate, or through the front entrance beside the bus station.

By Car

From the M6, leave at Junction 36 or 37 and follow signs for Kendal. Once in the town centre, follow signs for the Bus Station and Westmorland Shopping Centre.

South Lakes Foyer is situated just off Blackhall Road, one of Kendal's main routes through the town centre. A multi-storey car park is located directly above the bus station opposite the building, with additional town centre parking nearby.

By Bus

South Lakes Foyer is immediately adjacent to Kendal Bus Station, making it easily accessible from across South Lakeland and beyond. Regular bus services connect Kendal with Windermere, Ambleside, Keswick, Lancaster, Penrith, Barrow and surrounding areas.

By Train

Kendal Railway Station is approximately a 5-minute walk from South Lakes Foyer. The station is served by Northern Rail services connecting with Oxenholme Lake District Station on the West Coast Main Line, providing onward links to Manchester, Glasgow and London.

On Foot

From Kendal Bus Station, exit towards Blackhall Road and follow signs to South Lakes Foyer, located immediately next door.

From Kendal Railway Station, walk along Station Road towards the town centre. Continue onto Blackhall Road and turn into the entrance marked South Lakes Foyer beside the bus station.

If approaching from Stricklandgate, enter the alleyway marked South Lakes Foyer, located to the right of Charlie's Café. Follow the path through to the main entrance.
